The Best Method: ZERO fees. Venmo is a company that allows you to sign up with a little bit of information, add your debit/credit card, and send money instantly! Venmo has NO fees!

If you choose PayPal, you pay using a debit or credit card and there is a 2.9% fee you need to pay that we are charge or that Paypal will charge you. If you have a PayPal account, you can choose to send the payment as "Family & Friends" and typically there are no fees at all.
